This is our third stay at Wknd@Bernies unit A, and we highly recommend both the property and host Sarah for a great place to stay in Lake Havasu. This property is very clean, spacious and perfect for two adults to sprawl out but there is definitely room for up to 6. It is easy to find and the door code access is great but we especially love the garage access. We find the location to be very quiet and love the backyard space. Updates over the past year make the patio area and hot tub even more enjoyable, and we love the addition of a t.v. in the hot tub area. The kitchen is well-equipped and complete with spices condiments and pantry items, a great kitchen to cook in. Sarah is an awesome host, the best and we would highly recommend her for great communication at all times. Any need to reach out to her was answered very quickly, and minor problems were resolved. We look forward to staying at this property in the future!

Sarah was very accommodating and welcoming. The house was immaculate and accurately described. Sarah left lots of little things to make our stay enjoyable like snacks in the pantry, a dog bed for our pup, and detergent and dryer sheets. She thought of it all! We definitely recommend her as a host, the house was beautiful and met our every need!! Thank you!

My husband and I visited for his 30th birthday, which also happened to fall on Thanksgiving. We brought our pup with us and had the nicest, most relaxing family trip! We loved how close the drive is to the London Bridge and other tourist areas! The neighborhood is also so quiet and peaceful, we even decided to visit some yard sales for fun. The house itself was amazing, I cooked a birthday/Thanksgiving dinner our first night. The kitchen was great, had everything I needed, and everything was clean! The couches were so comfortable, along with the master bed! We had to ask the host about the mattress in the master because we loved it SO MUCH! The jacuzzi was very clean, so relaxing, we loved the tv in the jacuzzi room for entertainment as well. Our dog did great, I could tell he really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Backyard was good for him and the set up of the house was interesting but my dog really enjoyed being able to go in and out of the garage, assuming we were going on a ride.
